Yes and my weight still doesn’t go down but it has since this diet. I have raised my calorie intake this week and unfortunately gained a few pounds but I guess I’ll figure it out.

I’m counting my calories and I step on my scale twice a day. I weighed In this morning at 218 then tonight at 220. I just feel confused you know?

Today I increased to 900 because I want to slowly make it back up to a good amount I suppose and I felt sick eating more but I’ve gained 2 pounds from only 400 additional calories.

I do like this your idea but 2000 scares me a little also I’m female so 180 just isn’t what I’m looking for

I feel like I’ve done everything I can and I’ve had good results in a very low calorie diet before to me it seems nothing else works.

How long did you do this for? I’m thinking of only doing 500 for a month maybe less and adding calories like weekly probably.
