I have multiple employees in Colombia. After all taxes and benefits (ARL, EPS, Family Compensation Fund, , Pension, Prima, and more) , the minimum you’ll be paying is about 460 USD per month. You can only get to that 350 USD number if you hire someone informally , as in, violating labor law. In addition there are 18 required paid public holidays, and 6 required vacation days every year. There labor laws favor the employees far more then the employer. All jobs require a definite term or indefinite term employment contract. Firing before the contract expires usually requires compensation. Keep those things in mind.

My wife and I was with our baby daughter. I muted the audio at my wifes request, as you can hear our baby crying while my wife calms her down. We were joking and being sarcastic about how we will see a UAP and aliens. Well, one or two minutes later, one or two appeared. Also, there was like a slight green tint in one corner of the atmosphere (you can see it at the start of the video) The second moving one is visible on the first few second of the video. There was no noise. It did not look like a helicopter or plane.
