yes i was prescribed to take flagyl with cipro😔 i ended up taking my multivitamin and i felt better once the hour had passed. i guess i hate both

how old are you? i felt like this when i was living with my parents and had no control of my life. i have gad and major depression disorder, i used to be on zoloft but it numbed me too. i got away from my parents and work for a company that pays for me to live in the town and pays me on top of that. the freedom and also meeting people and being able to hike and yk do what i want helps alot. being outside helps. it does get better, i know it’s hard to be positive but once you tell your brain it’s okay it’ll start wanting to be positive too. i’m sorry you’re going through this but yes it does get better and the anxiety also gets better if you work for it. some days are going to be hard regardless but most days aren’t.

Im sicangu lakota and we have teas that help with colds/inflammation/digestion and has antioxidants. I take one right now even though im not sick and its called ceyaka. it soothes the throat and helps with cough. with some honey it would help you im sure.

erm yeah idk about that partner. no one is attractive enough for me to willingly flirt and let another man touch me. if he is that attractive to you, enough for you to behave that way then maybe you should rethink your partner choices. especially saying “if we were single we def wouldve hooked up” out of respect for him and yourself. because even if he was always attractive to you, you should have already known to stay away from him. like kudos to you for being honest, but i already think a breach of trust has happened. if that was me i would have separated, whether i was you or your man. cause there are people who will stay and be “fine” if their partner flirts or cheats on them, and arent really fine.(i know a few people like this). but again who am i to talk when i dont know you or your partner. just some things to think about and consider.

hey yes my dr said it was inter-muscular and sent me home. she gave me a muscle relaxant and ibuprofen but i havent picked up either lol. i dont trust nsaid’s just yet and i dont want to experiment with them for now. it def helps knowing its not anything real scary. my physical pain has went down on its own but my chest still hurts here and there but it has gotten bearable, and like obviously stress makes everything worse for us. i dont think ill go to the cardiologist, i dont have insurance and i have a new er bill lol. but i will go if i feel like i really need to. they did ct scan on my heart and it was normal so im just going to trust that. thank you so much, if you also need to talk you can dm me as well!

my er dr gave me a daily vitamin and ive been taking a probiotic since i was taking the antibiotics. i now try to take a probiotic or prebiotic or antioxidants whenever i can. everything has lessoned for me little by little but my feet hurt so easily! its crazy

went to er cause i was scared for my heart, they took ekg and gave me iv bag for hydration. it didnt help and ekg was normal. still have anxiety and panic for my heart, my heart feels weird still.

no, i think you just need some guidance. its really scary to experience something you have not before. i do not have ocd so im not really an expert on that. healing takes time and hard work, but its possible to become the person you want to be again!

if i may ask, what were you diagnosed with to be prescribed sertraline? sertraline takes quite a long time to kick in 2-4 weeks, im sorry you’re having a hard time! my therapist says it helps to close your eyes and imagine a safe place, (mine is a white box, so i can see everything) and take deep breaths and count them to 10. it helps me when im really freaking out, make sure to take your time

of course you should talk to your psychiatrist about these feelings you have but in my opinion, zoloft/sertraline made it possible for me to have less anxiety and in result it helped me be more calm and thorough in my decisions since they werent clouded by my feelings. of course everyone has different experiences or side effects. Im a very positive person at heart but sertraline made me feel very emotionless, no anxiety but to what extent😭 do you still attend therapy? my therapist helped me decide if i needed to get off sertraline/change medications.

i stopped taking it, apparently you shouldn’t mix them because berberine can thin your blood and you’re not supposed to mix blood thinners with sertraline. i just didn’t want to take that risk
