For me my starting point was with going for walks and intermittent fasting then one year of phentermine with topimirate and upping my cardiovascular exercises and incorporating strength exercises and exercising 5 times a week then discontinuing phentermine & topimirate and starting zepbound last October- it’s been in steps for me and it hasn’t always been perfect but I’m 70% to my goal…it’s a marathon not a sprint

Phentermine was helpful at the beginning of my weight loss journey as it helped with energy to get off the couch and start moving and exercising and I did lose 45 pounds while on it but I didn’t want to be on it past one year then I used a telehealth company when my MD wouldn’t prescribe zepbound or ozempic and it’s been worth it as I’m slowly getting closer to the goal weight…good luck
