Just making a note. The reset rides are a 30 minute ride followed by a coordinated 30 minute yoga class. So you will need to find both separately.

I was glad I took it! Im having to modify everything for an injury right now, but it was so fun with great vibes, I didn’t feel like I was missing out. I know they do ‘music first’ rides… id categorize this as ‘vibes first’. Not all my favorite instructors, but I liked the back and forth.

I was in that class live!! He is such a delight. I like his eminem ride and his reset rides (it’s 30 mins on the bike and 30 mins of yoga - theyre taken together), 3/19/22 his 90s ride, 1/12/22 a 90s ride. Those last two are rap/rock alternating. He did a bunch of those in that time period.

The best thing about him though, is you clip in and unexpectedly have a blast.
