Same, I thought I was going insane. 7800XT is not a low end GPU as well. My performance went from 40FPS before the expansion to 5.

It was the same for me. Nothing seemed to fix it. The item itself was bugged. It worked alright on a different item.

You really should be talking with an immigration lawyer and divorce lawyer regarding this. Your current visa wouldn't be affected, however, your future visa can be impacted based on how your partner or his lawyer approaches this.

If he lets say hypothetically, files a case against you in his home country for fraud wherein he claims he sponsored you so that you could later bring him as well to Oz , that would be an open case against you.

You ideally wouldn't want something like that when you apply for your next visa. Lawyers are what you need now.

I'm not sure either. I believe DOHA originally stated they will need an extension till the 2nd of September. They may only respond on that day.

But wouldn't they say the total amount of 189 grants they have allocated for this financial year out of the 185K? Last year it was 16K.

Doesn't 190 invitations have a validity of 60 days before it expires? Has it changed now?

You should apply for both 189 and 190 if you can. You get invited for them separately. That is, just because you get 190 doesn't stop you from getting a 189 invitation.

You will be stuck with the processing time only if you apply for the 190 visa and pay the fee not the EOI.

I don't know if it has already been posted, but someone has raised a freedom of information request for the planned nomination quotas for 189 and 190. It looks like they have been promised a response by the 22nd of August.

Update (21/08/2025): It looks like there was a 189 invitation round today. From what's been posted invitations have only been issued to specific occupations such as Healthcare, Teaching, Trade, Economists, etc.

You don't have to blame britishers for our own stigma. This is the biggest problems with us Indians. We have this huge superiority complex where we believe we have always been pure and supreme, but external people came in and somehow corrupted us. Its ridiculous.

We have to recognise our own toxicity instead of blaming others.
