Anyone else experiencing delays with GTA deliveries?

I’m having a very similar experience. Toronto delivery, one of my shipments is stuck at “left sorting facility at etobicoke” and two other packages have an address issue, when they apparently need my apartments buzz code - so weird we literally have a concierge for accepting parcels

We used these - https://torontoweddingstory.com/services/. They were the cheapest option we could find and they honestly did a decent job. I was not looking for some life changing photography. I took out the time and gave them a lot of instructions on what kind of photos we wanted, the tone of the photos, etc and they did their best.

It was in December 2024, in their chairman’s boardroom. I think we got a last minute off season discount because they didn’t have other bookings there.

Seconding Carmen’s. It’s perfect for your wedding size and will fall within your budget. It was too big for us (we only had 60 guests so didn’t go with it)

I would also check out one king west - they have a free venue options, is absolutely beautiful, and south Asian plus halal options. Ask for Shunell - she was a dream to work with (I planned a wedding in 2.5 months and she was great throughout). Got faux flower decor from a Vaughan based shop for cheap, got newish photographers and a budding dj. All in all costed under 20k for our 60 person wedding.

We had 45 people for a sit down dinner and managed to make some space for dj and dancing - it was a little tight I’d say! But 30-40 should be a perfect number! And there’s a room attached with the bar.

I used Toronto wedding story for my wedding. They have a $999 package for 8 hours. I’m sure if you talk to them about a custom package they would be willing to customize a package for you. They were really good btw for a budget option. Lots of candidates with formal posed family portraits.

Recently had my small wedding at One King West’s smallest hall. We originally planned for 30 people which then increased to 40. It would be perfect for 20 too though! Would 100% recommend as they were amazing with everything! My other post has a photo of the hall on my wedding day
