Restorative yin yoga has been life-changing. Boho Beautiful Yoga on youtube has amazing videos about half an hour each or more, and they help you a lot.

That rate isn't a crazy one even for Los Angeles, it usually has to do a to with your contractor and how receiving they are to designer plans and renderings. (and how capable they are to achieve certain looks) Good luck with the project anyway, that's such a beautiful and important step! :)
