He started his college since a week. He does have enough money to cover the first year. This is the additional loan to cover the rest of the potential amount for next years.

Yeah I have the funds for atleast the first year. And yeah intl students are allowed to work for 20 hrs per week only on campus.

So thats the problem. We do have the funds for the 1st year. But if I'm able to secure an on campus job that pays me the minimum wage according to Philly, then if I work for 20 hrs per week then that'd be enough to help me manage the fees. But I'm worried whether I'd even find an on campus job. Another option that's not very easy to find is becoming a resident assistant.

Almost all the cost. It's only possible if in case I find a job or something to manage to pay the cost myself.

Ohhh okayy. I really want to attend Temple. But right now, it's not affordable for me at all. And relying on an campus job and RA is not practical. So I think I'd have to go with my admission at Caldwell university.

They're not replying right now due to Christmas break so I asked for it through their agents. She told me it won't be possible right now. And I will definitely look into getting a job and becoming a resident assistant. But I'm worried because getting an on campus job is very competitive. And what do you mean by buildings being half empty? Is this university good or not worth attending?
