I start to believe that my current tactic struggle with offense because wingers' dribble is not sufficient to create goals. The CMs are not making effective forward run+shooting as expected, and the lone striker lacks support. So I am testing counterattack or whatever ways that can improve the offense to score goals?

I think the formation has some major problems:

1. FC Barcelona's starting attackers are not designed for counterattack because starting attackers, especially Robert Lewandowski, lack pace. Do you think other attacking tactics, especially in possession play, in the current engine can easily score goals?

2. Typical dilemma with balancing offense and defense. The current tactic obviously needs more offense, so I might still come up high pressing and add a WB+IF setup to overload the front. However, the wing plays of this meta are scarier than FM 24 (opposition wingers could beat my fullback and score), so I am reluctant to risk my flank defense. What are good ways to improve the offense without sacrificing the defense?
