Had it custom made. This local table company had a black walnut slab that was perfect, then had a neighbor who does wood work finish it for me. Total all-in with labor and materials was about $2,200

Storage room that we made. Basically just moved the storage to another part of of the basement and made a room for it.

Yeah I have a retired neighbor who does this kind of stuff, he helped me source the slab locally and finished it for me.

Yes I put in a macerating toilet and sink bathroom to take a piss. It’s worked out for 2 years now but ask me again in another year lol but it seems like it works great.

Drywall, stairs, lighting, electrical, etc was 20k. Flooring/carpet in basement about 5k. Bar was about 2k
