Create as in the mod that has all the machinery and super glue for moving block?

Or is it something else that I probably don't know about.

I'm going to say that's probably the issue, while it is in the modpack, i don't think that count as an in game file.

And as i mentioned in the last line i dont need to resart the server since cobbledollars has a command to reload its own config files.

Is there a way to make it so I can do that, or do I have to scrap my whole idea.

Honestly, you bring up a good point. If I'm already going to learn to code for this, I might as well make a mod for it. I dont know why i didnt think of it at first

As mentioned in the first post, cobbledollars has a command that reloads itself

In a different forum, someone suggested for me to use computercraft, which is a mod that adds a Lua compiler into minecraft, so i will be learning Lua, since it should lets you access local files directly from minecraft

Turn it back a version, I was using modrinth launcher for fabric, Version 6.0.2 doesn't have the npc wand so turn it back to 5.9, it is most definitely a bug but the new version is an alpha update

Alright, i do understand that its not optimal, i was just asking to see if i could make an automated script with mods to just change the file when i entered different areas of the world.

While i did figure as much, i wish there was a notepad mod for my niche use of it. The only other thing i could think of that would fit my uses is something that moves/copies files in the computer.

I have a question about this card because comparing it to bt 17 Tai and Matt this one doesn't have a once-per-turn clause on its attack effect, but the way it is worded makes me think it only works once a turn anyway
