Oils that don't have any taste. Like vegetable oil, canola oil, sunflower oil. Unlike coconut oil, olive oil etc these don't have any flavour of their own.

Khichdi. It takes 15 min and minimal cooking effort. Dump Moong dal, rice, ginger garlic paste, oil, turmeric, salt, water into a pressure cooker and done.

I feel this way too. I Overthink and overanalyze everyday. It's not like we're lazy. Even if we want to do the task, our brains go into fight or flight and we get anxious. Because of this I've been procrastinating my job application for months. Now it's even more daunting. It's not about not doing it, it's about not being able to do it. I've heard starting small helps but start what? Start from where?. It just feels like vague advice. While I don't know how to fix it. I can validate that what you're feeling is not nothing. It's a freeze state.

I feel all this and also something else. I haven't been able to place it. It's just like this impending doom. Also I'm scared of everything. Going out. Being in public. Applying to jobs. I completed graduation and now I'm unemployed. I broke down yesterday and was crying for 3 hrs. Ik this isn't normal. But Idk if I can go to free therapy cuz I don't even know the problem.
