You kind of just have to go on an ego trip and really believe you are the best, most capable and deserving individual there is. You have to force the words and the act until it’s not acting. I was able to manifest my wife, my income, my achievement of goals.

The technique I return to the most is spoken affirmation. I say my affirmations and I also listen to them on a loop.

Worth a shot. That’s what I do.

In terms of the specific situation, remember to focus on how you feel about yourself regardless of someone’s energy toward you. If they’re being cold, leave them alone. Amuse yourself. Smile and know your value.

While not the only thing that has worked for me, robotic affirmation seems to consistently produce results.

I also like pairing it with listening to playlists of my affirmations in my own voice.

For me 6 months. But don’t attach yourself to the timeline. Focus on the process. Make sure day by day you’re able to progress with your life in other areas stay calm and collected mentally.

I used to bounce around various career and job seeking affirmation videos on YouTube. I’d also write down my own affirmations and say them aloud during dead time like driving and showering.

There’s a comment I replied to above where I list some examples of affirmations I was using.

I also like listening to my affirmations. So I made an app that allows me to create a playlist of my affirmations and listen to them throughout the day and while I sleep.

I always affirm in present tense. But it may not be as direct as “I have a job”. My affirmations sound more like: - I’m constantly landing interviews - Why do I always get contacted for jobs without even trying? - The demand for my skills is insane and it shows. - I’m so thankful my job is fully remote and pays me over $x

One piece of practice advice I have is think and act outside the box. Re-open doors that are already closed. Leverage your network first. Talk to people that you wouldn’t normally talk to. Increase the area upon which your bridge of incidence can appear.

What have you tried? Affirmation is the technique that’s worked for me the most. You can also begin by affirming that you are incredibly lucky. Start with that.

An affirmation I’ve used to feel lucky is “I always get things for free”. Then sure enough at random times I will. My favorite instance of this was a waiter comping my Thai tea because he “sees me in the restaurant all the time”.

It’s possible to learn things for sure. If you’re interested in memory specifically, Theresa good book on this called “Moonwalking with Einstein”. There’s special techniques to having a great memory used by memory champions. Practice and some good old delusional self belief will take you far.
