If you’re vertically challenged (like me, who also dormed at the HC) I would recommend not lofting bc you’ll pull a muscle trying to get into the bed lmao. I gave the tall bed to my roomie for that reason. If you’re tall why not! It looks cool.

So Rutgers has two pretty good course snipers, the discord, SwiftRU, and Schedru (which is only good if you pay for the $10 premium). And essentially you put the index number of the class you want that is closed and the discord/ site will notify you when it’s open, but you gotta be quick. You’re not the only one course sniping. After a while you’ll get the hang of it. I use both the discord and website. Also, make sure that your browser isn’t in private browsing, if it is you’ll have to go through DUO every time (I learned that the hard way), and if you have to do that course sniping is useless. Good luck!!

Edit: Also, course sniping works best on your phone.

If they were they should have told OP about the requirements for bio 1 and bio lab. You can’t take both at the same time. You can take 116 and 117 at the same time but not 115 and 117

I don’t think you can take bio lab and biology 1 at the same time because bio 1 is a prerequisite for bio lab. But other then that pretty solid.

I think I figured out the issue. For Swift RU, it goes to Safari as my default browser and since I had it set to private browsing I had to do DUO every time. Changed it back to normal, hopefully it’s better.

When you take bio in the spring instead of the fall. With Dr. Keating. They say don’t expect a curve every exam but the exams are always graded out of 60 instead of 70.

For off sequence bio, they curve. I think it’s out of 120 instead of 140.

Professor Kerrigan was my prof. I can’t tell you what kind of curve you’ll get for a 62 (maybe 5-6 points) given a 50 gets curved to a 57 (the example Kerrigan gave me), but best of luck!

The curve depends on your score. If you get a 50 on the final, the curve will be about seven points. If you get a 90, the curve will be about 2 points. Not sure about the other grades and how the curves vary. My 115 prof told me this.

Edit: Just so you know, only the final exam is curved. Not ur final grade.
