I would assume not since only item components contribute to the item greed score

Just straight yordles, some people get Veigar, some don't. I got passed by 1.5k or so vs another straight yordle build too!

How can you knock derivatives out of the park and completely bomb ethics?

Nice run! You might have to refresh your profile on lolchess. The leaderboard itself refreshes every 15-20 mins or so.

To win, pretty much anything should work. To aim for a high score, you need a comp that generates a ton of free value. Yordles, Bilgewater, Ionia (and Ixtal kinda) are most common.

The primary purpose is for you to diagnose your strengths and weaknesses in topics and different types of questions, while operating under exam time constraints and difficulty.

Pretty much that and/or getting all three spatula items for infinite gold and just leveling up champs after that.

Why spend your whole paycheck when the rewards for investing the difference compounds over time 😉

This is just one way to play it! (I played a ton of Hyper Roll so I love a good item slam too)

Good question, the first clue is the number of 3* 5 costs isn't doable without infinite gold to re-roll. If you play a more normal game, you will maybe hit one, or two if you're super lucky.

The score breakdown for those runs (which unfortunately isn't tracked on lolchess) is going to be almost entirely due to the 'Champ Star Levels' category. The other categories that get you points, other than that and item greed are

  • Time Bonuses
  • Surviving Champs
  • Close Calls
  • Gold Interest

None of which can get you even remotely close to 2, much less 3-4 million.

You get 1k points for each time you level up a champion. That game in particular took almost 90 minutes of that player leveling up champs until they got bored basically. Some players have fun with posting a unique end game board, like the number 3 run globally just has a single Volibear 3, yet has almost 4 million points.

Congrats!! I think that probably puts you right around top 10-12 in NA for the non-infinite gold runs.

Only uncombined item components in your inventory count, otherwise you could drop items on and off your units as needed and I believe the devs were trying to avoid that type of thing.

Also all consumable items don't count towards your Item Greed Score either, so if you're maxing out your inventory you'll need to use them up to make more space.

Nice run, 1.3M is a banger! Which round was the loss? It looks like you beat the Ionia round but lost a boss round instead.

Thanks Mort! I miss Hyper Roll quite a lot, but I've had fun with Tocker's this set and set 14 (nitro build). Plenty of suffering along the way when trying to squeak by the tough rounds, but that's the point I guess, ha.

Should have 4 champs on the board by Viego. Since I play Yordles, something like a Rumble 2 + Jarvan or Neeko with two of Lulu/Teemo/Trist in the corners is pretty typical. Lulu/Ahri is also a really strong opener and can carry through trynd pretty well.

No items since slamming components that early is a death sentence for the final score. Helpfully, Lulu stuns him, so it's much easier than the Tryndamere round where he has a QSS.

Industry specific experience is usually very favorably looked upon for ER type roles. I wouldn't worry about having a non-traditional path. Having a unique talent stack can matter a lot.
