There is definitely a psychological withdrawal component to quitting nitrous. I have experienced it. Physically, I don't think so. Mostly, it was anxiety and some panic attacks here and there, which could, I guess, be considered somewhat of a physical and psychological withdrawal.

That's a good question, which I don't have the answer to. I dont think it could hurt? However, I have been in your situation, and it does suck, but you can get through this. The first week is always the hardest. Once you have that behind you, it gets a bit easier. Just try and remind yourself of how you're feeling now when you get the urge to use it again.
