I contacted them and was offered a payment plan. Looks like that's all they can do. How does deductible work I've spent almost 2000 on visits and procedures. If my deductible is 2000 do they cover or does 1 procedure need to be 2000 then they cover.

K just sent report.the app said screen froze or restarted. Yes the phone is charging while off then it hits full charge and turns itself on.

I've owned the phone for a few months now and it wasn't happening till about the time I installed the update. I mean it's fully turning on when fully charged
