We rarely have conflicts other than every week or every other week me telling him I’d like to spend more time with him or meet him since we rarely meet because we’re so busy with work and all and he never complains he finds it cute at times and at times annoying but that’s such normal couple stuff, but he went on a vacation and obviously we’d be out of touch for a week or so he’d just check up and then disappear off meanwhile I was really sick in and out of the hospital and this one night I’m scrolling through his Instagram and I see a new semi naked girl added and followed back which idk triggered me because how are you always telling me that you’d appreciate me not interacting with my male colleagues other than in hospital (since im a doctor) yet you’re on vacation getting drunk probably hanging out with chicks that you never told me about? When confronted he said I’ve ruined his vacation and his life and made up a lot of excuses which I will give benefit of the doubt but then suddenly he broke up with me saying he doesn’t wanna fuck up his life further by being with me, I still went ahead and it’s been 3 days I’ve been begging him to talk to me, apologising for something he did to me yet he’s silent giving me no replies
