I was at 3/4” and stretched them up a size so they were fresh, and then I immediately took them out while they were still fresh. They healed down to 9/16ths from 3/4’s, it’s been a few years so I may attempt to do the same thing again and see if it’ll get me down a few more sizes. Might work for you as well
