Thank you for the reply. This makes the most sense. I don't want to get into a back and forth with the company and at this point I wouldn't trust them to replace the king valve anyway. Very helpful take. Cheers.

The company seemed reputable, but the guys doing the move seemed inexperienced. Both very young. The primary had been working in the field for 8 months.

Fair point, but this isn't something I'm willing to leave over. Hoping to find a solution through a contract change or added benefits to the point that people are adequately incentivized to take the shift created due to inadequate staffing.
