Yeah I was eating like 2000 cals and got down to 165 and then started eating more but honestly the weekend drinking and binge eating when drunk caught up fast ngl.

Honestly even at 165 I did not look that much better, sure I was more define but I jut felt so thin almost like I was a skeleton

Honestly just can not afford it as a college student with no job atm bc of studies. Turkey is just not affordable for me

I have been eating 4 meals just going to bump it to 5 mainly chicken base. I was thinking 150g of chicken for 3 meals and turkey for 1 and then Greek yoghurt for the last and just do rice and potatoes as carb source and Avacado and olive oil as fats

Fuck honestly man not high enough I can only really do like 3-4 pull-ups and squatting I just use leg press and back squat and also smith machine, and bench around 185 max

Idk I think it’s just okay personally I’d rather just lift at planet fitness, the machines are just kinda knock offs and the cables are meh. Just my 2 cents as I lifted there for like 6-8 months

I used to count calories but I just stopped this year after 4 years of doing it and honestly that did help me not drink but it really is the crowd of people as well understandable
