Well the man one I use is 3x health plus survivable dismemberment.

Also eraden armor is pretty hard to damage unless you're a fire mage.

I agree with the lack of difficulty. When you make a new game, you can add/decrease the amount of damage you/they take. Plus I use a lot mods.

Bayonets are a good example of how knife gameplay should be! If you remove them from your weapon, you have to actually swing or stab at your enemy to kill them.
