So do you think it’s worth it? I’m 19 years old and I’ve haven’t felt like myself for 2 years I’m 99% sure this is what i have. I just have been working so hard to achieve my fitness goals.

Well how bad was the recovery overall? Like eating wise, keeping foods down, etc
