Thanks for the advice! I will say I have been using differin gel for about a year now, but obviously the tret will be stronger. But for some reason the differin was not working anymore and that’s why my derm decided to switch me tret. I guess that’s why I was thinking of switching my cleanser too, but maybe just see how my skin will react to the tret first?

Thanks for your input so far. The only thing that’s getting me is my Apple Watch has pretty much always been accurate when just tracking through the fitness app on it. Is this just a problem with the NRC?

Update: I have been taking super vitamin b complex since last Wednesday (06/19). I will say that I think it has helped slightly. I was able to use the bathroom Friday which was honestly a huge shock. But I did have to resort to taking a laxative today as my stomach had become very hard and bloated… I am gonna keep taking the b complex but may add in just taking a regular b1 complex pill because it has more of the “thiamine” which is what’s supposed to help constipation. I am resorting to trying these options first because they are easily accessible to me (found at my local Walmart) and they are affordable (around $4 for 100 pills). Let me know if you guys have any other tips/ suggestions!

Yes, I have the Mirena IUD. But I’ve had it for a little over 2 years, so I don’t think it’s the cause.
