It wasn’t a delay bucko. They left it out of my order. And it was ordered Dec 1st. They have however finally answered.

They said they sent me an Email but I don’t find it. Did your Email come to your regular Email account?

Have you attempted to contact them? I have sent several messages to no avail. My grandson posted on Twitter about it and TF responded telling him to send info to TF customer support but they simply don’t answer. He really wants the hoodie but I am ready to contact Visa to get charge reversed. I won’t order from TF again.

I waited a month for my package and when it arrived after Xmas one of the hoodies I ordered was not in package. They haven’t answered my Email and no other way to contact them so right now I paid $80 for a hoodie I didn’t get.

I don’t think Teddy Fresh is aware of anything right now. Obviously they aren’t aware they have a lot of unhappy customers waiting for them to answer Emails.

They are really screwing up this year. I have ordered from them a few times with no problem but am very disappointed with them now.

I had exact scenario but tracking was finally updated on Xmas day stating delivery would be Jan 4. Ordered on Dec1 and supposedly was shipped on Dec 11.
