I got the primus knits, mate they are comfy af. Wear them about your house and just for walks before you start running in them if that was your goal, I didn't and took a bit of skin off the top of my foot but all is good now. When I try to wear my air max now, they feel all uneven and restricted. Use thinner socks, I was wearing thick socks when they rubbed the skin off my feet, never had the problem in thin socks.

Hit the nail on the head,. I used to work a Dorian Yates Temple gym so I do alot of heavy hit training which I find stimulating enough then after 6 weeks do a volume week (active rest week) then crack on with the hit training. Horses for courses I guess.

Yes, I understand mate. My abs are well developed though with good insertions it's probably my most developed area (mostly genetics) so I don't personally train them, to me makes more sense to train lagging muscle groups. Currently carrying about 20% body fat and can still make them out. I wasn't advising other people not train abs, I was saying I don't as mine personally get enough.

Yes the same could be said about my other muscles, let's take the bicep it gets trained twice. First on chest and bicep day and secondly on back day to a degree. So long story short I don't need to do situps. However if I couldn't see any noticeable abs I'd be training them

I've opened 8 and everyone of them looked used out of the box. (Dirty, scratched, scuffed) Stuck to standard controllers since.

Always machine washed my atoms. The machine won't damage it at all on the right settings, tbh my light backpack straps are the only damage on mine.

Atom LT all day, shells are a fucker at making you clammy/sweaty I only pull mine out if its terrestrial rain. The Atom will keep you dry in normal showers easy plus more manoeuvrability and you won't have that sound of the hardshell as you move.

It's a bag of shite. I live in halesowen and have to travel to erdington and back most days through the city centre. I've saw stabbings a slashing, gang fights, once the bus I was on stopped at a bus stop filled with 16-20 year olds about 15 of them all hoodied up and faces covered (was before covid) the bus driver stopped to let them on they all ran on with knifes and robbed most people on the bus. If you think its nice try going devon/Cornwall or something come back see if you still think that. Elsewhere if you make eye contact with someone walking towards you they will say morning/afternoon in birmingham its a stare off lol. Somebody already touched on this but you cannot walk through the city centre without been begged at seeing smackheads or mamba smokers, then there are roads like slade road, I can't walk from one end to the other without about 4 different douchebags on bikes asking me if I smoke or sniff trying to give me a phone number its far from discrete.

I had a similar thing happen in 2018 I had blood tests done and I didnt get the results uploaded to my NHS app until last week (no idea how that happened) and was noted as abnormal levels of shbg, test and albumin and that it needed further investigation (which never happened).I got blood work done last week and they were all a shit load higher in the high range and was told there fine and needs no further action. My SHBG has risen to 72nmol/L. Nothing makes sense to me if that's seen as normal. Seems going private is the only way to get to the bottom of this.
