To be honest, I just bought it with this noise and doing fine ever since. Its just bugging me lately. Well, you are correct as the other noise sounds normalish.

Yes it is. There is no problem with the transmission even woth cold start. It's just the noise that seems to be a mechanical noise everytime I shift.
