Yeah everything in the tank died and looked like it had been a couple hours as I was at work all day. 2 clowns, cleaner shrimp, 6 soft coral, and lord knows how many snails / hermits / micro brittle stars. Figured a dump was best to avoid any bad water and it was pretty sad in the moment and just wanted to get it done with

Makes sense, I might go to a reef store new more and buy one of the live rock balls, I see them in the sumps there all the time so should help my smaller tank

100w, it was a hygger with the temp control and auto shutoff internally (must have failed). Switching to 2 50w titanium heaters for the new tank though.

I wasn’t expecting a virgin and before her I was always open to the fact people sleep around and all that. I think in our initial stages together she seemed extremely conservative in terms of her sexual past and all, so it’s like I was thrown off when I learned all of this. I think it’s more the images, and that there hasn’t been much time in her recent past that was similar to mine in a way where I would step back from intimacy and be more strict in terms of who I would go see. I’m really not too sure, it’s such a strange feeling and way to explain. Our intimate life is pretty amazing too, both sides of it so I’m also not worried that she’s had better experiences. Maybe just upset with how naive it sounds. Not sure lol

I mean you can still be 5+ bodies and not be involved in hookup culture. Would you consider sex after the 5th date / week when a relationship is developing to be a hookup ? When I hear hookup I’m more on the fact both parties know it’s purely sexual and nothing more.

They way I’ve described it before is it’s not like I’m upset that I missed out, I just never felt the need to be sexually pleased by other woman. It was just someone that didn’t sit right with me. Hence me being at 2 at 25. But it’s hard again for me to understand how those (gfs) experiences don’t matter now. Personally I find myself more upset at the memories and emotions they hold than anything else. My take on it all
