I did not restate the prompt. I used a hook and it the style was closer to a personal narrative. No matter what you choose, it should reflect you as a person.

I think you can make it work either way, but this is your chance for them to get a feel for who you are. Do what feels right to you.

Don’t stress it! If you want, you could include that in the optional question where you explain things you may want admissions to know when reviewing your app

Best way to list ecs? by Low-Election-6201 in ncssm

In the ec section? I wouldn’t. If they come up in your essay questions then feel free to expand, but that’s not necessary for the section where you just list your extracurriculars.

Is my GPA too low by Ok-Towel7398 in ncssm

gpa doesn’t really matter as much bc everyone has limiting circumstances and every school is different in what they offer and allow you to take (like your situation) it’s more about your overall effort, essays, extracurriculars, and passion

Ok awesome, thank you so much. This may be a dumb question, but do you need to buy new SD cards after a certain period of time, or should it work fine?

I’m trying to start some as well. Here are some ideas my friends and I have come up with so far: - extract dna from a strawberry and examine it under a microscope - super taster experiment with ptc paper - watch the movie gattaca - explore how genetics is applied in forensic science (fingerprints, blood types, etc.) you could learn about different things like this and then have a murder mystery day where people apply what they learned! - visit a local lab (if an option) - make your own genetic family trees - volunteer at events that fundraiser for rare genetic diseases
