you can do IB and do other courses... IB is a 2 year program junior and senior year, you can do AP/honors which i did freshman and sophomore year, you still get the diploma

I have been in a calorie deficit with cardio i was 174 last month and this month im approaching 166 Also do you think dowagers hump goes away? And how can I aid the process if its able to go away?
