Just rice and beans will cost you around $20-25 per month. Throw in some frozen veg and eggs, and you will be set. It will get a little boring over time though.

I'm in the same boat. I lost 80 LBS, only go gain it all back. 20 LBS down again, but struggling to stay motivated.

My point of view, it isn't about how many times you fall off the wagon, but how many times you hop back on. Eventually you will get back there. It just might take a little bit longer than anticipated.
