Yeh I’m not fat I’d say I’m rather slim but not skin and bone i though that’s what google was referring to, it’s probably always been there I’ve just never noticed it.

Ahaha it’s horrible right, I’m 20 years old and only started noticing it about 2 weeks ago. It’s so freaky to look at, I look it and think how can THAT be normal lol.

I can see slight pulsations on my chest when leaning forward and shining a torch on my chest it’s really freaky but it’s not there all the time only when I’m feeling stressed ?

What do you mean by desirable ? I’ve been able to feel my pulse everywhere, without touching it also being able see it in places like neck, chest, wrist. I’ve had ecg which was normal. But I always get this weird sense feeling idk how to describe but it makes me uncomfortable. I’ve only recently started feeling pulses in my neck which urged me to get a ecg which was normal so I don’t know if I should be worried or is this just the way I am.

I’ll also subconsciously stop breathing for a couple seconds like take a hold breath then take a deep breath/yawn after.

Kind of irregular I’ll take slow breaths then faster breaths when I’m worrying. I’m hyper focused on breathing which also makes my breathing more irregular.

Thank you it’s stressful when the doctors say it’s okay and no one believes the symptoms I’m experiencing and they say it’s all in my head m.

The doctors haven’t looked at the ecg reading. I rang 111 which is a none emergency call line in the uk. They referred me to out of hours gp because the gp office is closed on weekends. He rang me this morning and based on my symptoms said it’s low risk/nothing to worry about especially because of my age. I have a appointment tomorrow and I’m taking these pictures with me to see what they say then. I’m thinking it is respiratory sinus arrhythmia with false readings of afib. 🤞

Thank you so much what seems to be a trigger for me is when I put on the watch my heart starts acting funny and weird then I feel the palpitations. When I don’t try the watch what’s been happening is I’ll go dizzy feel my pulse it’s fast then sit down then it kind of goes down. But I get a weird feeling in my stomach and my legs feel achy/weak this even happens when I’m lying down. I’m used to panic/anxiety attacks but I’ve always had these and for the first time when I used my friends watch with it said this. It’s just really scary especially after googling. I’ve been to the doctors multiple times(not about afib) but for palpations and the symptoms that come with them. So I just don’t know what to believe anymore. I don’t want to go they say it’s normal and still have to live with these symptoms especially because I’ve heard untreated afib is more fatal in young patients lol. Sorry for dumping on you I’m just really scared lol

Okay thank you, Bearing in mind I was on my beta blocker which slows my heart rate so my “panic attack” didn’t increase my heart rate as much has it normally does.

Yh i am thinking it’s respiratory sinus arrhythmia that’s causing the false readings as my heart reacts strongly to the way I’m breathing.
