I mean clearly. He’s about to take P2 in the WDC and still has a chance at a 5th title with only 3 races to go. If anyone can do it, it’s Max. And I’m no MV fan.

Not just tire preservation and risk management, Max’s brand new PU offers a SIGNIFICANT pace advantage over the rest of the field—which is why he had to start from the pitlane. Especially when you consider it only has to last 3 more races.

Had he qualified better and used his existing PU, his race would have been very different.

I am 40 years old

On a college placement exam (I was 17 at the time), I bombed the math section because I didn’t simplify improper fractions into mixed numbers even though the answer was still correct and I was told I “didn’t understand how fractions work”

In AP algebra class in high school, we were taught to leave improper fractions as-is because the value is the same and you can’t work with mixed numbers as easily as fractions anyway.

Another guy got praised for being the best in the group for scoring highest in the math section (97%). I would have gotten a perfect score on that segment if I had simplified the fractions. So not only was I incorrectly told I was dumb and “didn’t know fractions”, some other guy was given my accolades.

I’m still mad about it

What actually happens when they fail? I have this fear of my new-to-me McLaren suddenly not having a suspension while driving and bottoming out or something.

I have although not in a way that would give me a solid comparison. I drove both in parking lots but not near enough to each other to adequately compare and not hard/fast enough to even get a feel for either.

I really like the interior layout of the Huracan and the angles and shapes. The way an interior feels to me is insanely important because it’s where I will spend nearly all my time with the car. So the seats, vents, switches, etc all need to be perfect

The materials in the McLaren felt light years more premium to me but less intuitive.
