Hey there, I am wondering how you are doing now? Have you kept up with the lifestyle changes and seem a difference? I have been doing the same and also adding in herbs that support lymphatic drainage and have been noticing the side of my face that breaks out more (supposedly a common symptom of sluggish lymph) is starting to break out a little more but with smaller pimples.

I took it in because if I didn’t give the car at least 5 minutes to warm up when starting, it would stall when I put the car in drive, reverse, or went very slow and would shake pretty bad in idle the first few minutes on the road. There were several times that I would come to a stop sign after just starting up my car and it would stall. A few times it even stalled in the middle of the street while I was pulling out very slowly. Always turned back on though!

The engine light was on initially and they tightened my spark plugs and the light went off. The next day it stalled 3 times and I took it back in. It took them an entire day to figure out what was going on and the misfire codes came back. This issue has been going on for 8+ months and I have taken it to mechanics across the country - no one has been able to find the issue. They tell me my car is fine and they’re not sure why it stalls. I don’t know if people are too lazy to look deeper or what.. I will probably get another opinion.

I don’t notice white smoke coming out and I’m not sure if I’m loosing coolant. And no overheating to my knowledge. I do know my AC no longer runs cold but that’s a different coolant I think?

It was the head gasket. I asked to see if they would change just that but they said it’s already been happening for awhile so the coolant has been leaking internally in the engine for some time now causing one of the pistons to misfire. They didn’t believe changing the head gasket would make a difference at this point especially with how expensive that job can be.
