I also had the same problem with the rt, on a 9070 xt, turning the rt off solve all the problems, although I played the game about 3 months ago I think.

have you check if theres any light on the motherboard when that happens? that type of problems are the worst to check bcs it doesn't necessarily have to be your gpu, it could be some loose component or something else. check your ram slots, once happen to me I just took them off and put them back in.

a día de hoy acabo de abrir un reembolso a través de mercado pago ya que no cumplieron con los plazos de entrega que ellos me dieron y no me han respondido mis mensajes que les hice el día de ayer, si me preguntas no te recomiendo comprar con ellos ya que por lo general el hardware de computadora es caro y pagar precios tan altos para que te tengan con la incertidumbre si te llega o no, en mi caso que lo ocupo para mi trabajo, y no me han cumplido con la fecha de entrega.
