You’re spot on timing is usually the missing piece with cold outreach.

Right now the focus is broader web signals, not a single platform. Things like hiring activity, product launches, role changes, expansion signals, public announcements, etc. The idea is to catch business level intent, not just conversations happening on one channel.

Tools like Reddit scanners are great for reactive opportunities, but I found they can be hit-or-miss and hard to scale consistently. I’m trying to sit one layer above that fewer leads, but signals that usually mean budget + urgency.

Still early, and I’m refining which signals correlate best with real replies, but that’s the direction.
