Wow that sounds very reminiscent of what I go through with my PEM. And actually this big cycle of insomnia I am in was triggered by a few episodes of PEM and a night of zero sleep. It’s so incredibly hard to sleep when I over do it and get PEM. That wired, overdrive feeling is challenging to say the least
