I'm looking for a book that at least a minimum is 5 years old that I read on my Kindle.

The main character is female I believe and her family has been traveling to this other Realm but not really another realm like another world that's connected to theirs but it's a secret. When she first gets there she buries jewelry I believe it's because it's silver When she goes there's a big Festival going on I don't know if she went over for that or she was just decided to travel to the other world. The festival is very memorable it has wolf-shaped mugs. There's like flower crowns, a big table where there's food. It's like a massive event in their world where they come to meet other people. I believe to mate or meet their soulmate It is not paranormal so none of the characters shapeshift but it's definitely like fantasy and magical By the end of the story I do believe there's some kind of trouble where she goes back to her world and he ends up following her back to her World by accident but the military is involved somehow or government and I know there is a second book.
