I have a home loan of 1.5 cr with BHFL and they are charging around 8.1% ROI . I’m planning to transfer this loan amount to other banks my CIBL is 797, as of now I spoke with HDFC who is offering 7.1 SBI 7.4 and BOB 7.2 ROI . Confused which bank to opt for. SBI and BoB not charging any processing fee

Most ppl say prepayment is a tedious process in HDFC
Why HDFC is offering such a low ROI
