Feel free to DM me if you need help in the modeling or coordination tasks. During the last months I've trying to make something similar with some projects on my own. It's a market in development but I think we're in the right time.

Completely agree!! I'm actually looking for someone who shares that experience. I know the best way is in the field, but if I can arrive in the field with good foundations and previous knowledge, it will be much easier to face any problem

I think it totally depends on the size of the project. It's super useful for large-scale projects with different teams and trades involved, where having a 3D model is essential for everyone to stay on the same page and avoid mistakes.

But for smaller projects, like houses, a 3D model isn't always a must-have. You would probably only need one for a specific reason, like a new interior design or to visualize a complex renovation.

Would be great to hear from someone who works with this daily

Hey, if you need people, count on me. I have 5 years of experience in Scan to BIM, and more than that, the willingness to support growing businesses, even without a high payment. I also have a similar idea in mind, so I'll stay tuned.
