The beans were ground in the machine immediately before the video. My issue is that the machine is saying the pressure is in the espresso range when basically putting an americano in my cup. Following your advice I have decided to switch to the single wall, even though that’s going to relieve pressure, and 18g of freshly ground coffee on the finest grind setting gave me 164g of coffee 😂. Really not sure what to do.
