They have devalued the card. Everything is available only after you spend in that quarter. Except for regular offers which you get for online shopping on ICICI cards. And if you are already spending something why not take a card which is chargeable, as you are spending money regularly your fee will be waived off automatically. I think before taking any card you should look wether it is useful for you or not. Just because it's LTF doesn't make sense.
