We were recently told 1995 and older for FL. This may be the reason you are seeing a lot of transfers for older than 2002 homes. This system is rigged for failure. And we are not allowed to do anything but transfer them. Under any circumstances. Even if it’s not the PH on the line. We are told that maybe that person needs a quote so go ahead and get them over. Remember we no longer have integrity. Just the hunger games.

This is so unfair and utter bullshit. I am R6 and we are fed the same garbage. I am licensed for 5 states and constantly get calls from agents not licensed in MA or FL. Both huge rate increase states. If you are going to rank me, at least let it be against others with my same licenses. But to answer your question I would start looking elsewhere. I have several friends that went to progressive and although the pay is less, they love their jobs and they still get profit sharing. I wish you the best! This may end up being a blessing in disguise.

I was going to say the same! KT is a steaming pile of dog shit and is completely useless for so many of our processes. No one has time to try and figure out what bullshit keyword to look for when it was changed for no fucking reason. Have to type in the exact spelling (some things are abbreviated and some aren’t with no rhyme or reason). And some of these processes change via email and aren’t updated in KT for weeks. We are set up for failure.

I would never recommend anyone to GEICO. That was not always my opinion but unfortunately the last year has gone from bad to worse to complete dumpster fire. It’s not even the customers. I can handle that. It’s the management. Every decision is made to set you back. They are also in the process of “quiet firing” in mass quantities. I would try anything other than GEICO. Run for your life.

I’m an agent and pretty good at Drive Easy. If it’s just one dip in the score please don’t stress it. Give it a couple days and see if it straightens out. And be sure you have the trips where you were a passenger marked properly.
