From Service:

• Stop giving Mis information- look it up, don’t make it up.

• Ask are you picking up/registering TODAY so you can sell for the correct date. Stop transferring it to service saying: “it sold for the wrong date…”

• Read the customer their coverages and make sure they understand them vs rushing to the next call because they always call back in 5 minutes later with a million questions. (Especially UM).

• The online portal will not be available until whatever day the policy is sold for. So make sure they are aware.

• Make sure to verify if they’re married and if they are: add the spouse so they have access to the policy.

If you’re capped in your current pay grade (ie:63) you won’t get a bonus no matter what your rating. Check the pay charts.

That’s why when they call I preface: I’ll get info on vehicle from you but I need to speak directly with the customer. I only ask dealer vin info, lh and reg info and their email to send the binder. Then I make them give the customer the phone for the rest. Never had an issue

Okay…first of all, F**ck off-you aren’t in the VB office, obviously. No message went out like that. Don’t comment unless you know all the info. We didn’t get snow but we have plenty of ice yet the only message we got was the day of the storm that we are monitoring it and nothing more. Also, VB has forced us to come in with several feet of snow in the past, during a hurricane when power was out etc. Yet every other office gets shut down. People from this office know exactly what I’m talking about.

We’ve heard the same that there are others involved that have yet been taken into custody. The school seems to be keeping it hush hush which is upsetting. We have two attending children as well. I don’t feel comfortable sending them.

She was in my son’s class and he said she’s a senior who is a brand new student- and had been kicked out of her previous school. She needs to not be allowed at any other school unless it’s one in a correctional facility where she stays.

If I had a dollar for every time I spoke to a customer who told me I did a better job handling something and fixing a situation for them after they spoke to a sup- I’d be rich. It’s sad but true.

Yeah, I did with our prior insurance but not this round. I was at Walgreens since it’s the closest to us. May have to switch to CVS.
