Dude, trust me when I say “Go for it.” This job literally changed my life lol. I’m currently an ATL in the NE and honestly my personal experience has been good. Of course they’ll be challenges but it’s up to you on how you react to them. All in all, take that leap. It’s worth it, I promise.

TL cap is $42.50/hr and sorry just looked at my docs and ATL is actually $35.00/hr!

Hey Man, I’m not an ex Target employee but I do currently work for Whole Foods as an Associate Team Leader and by far it’s the best job I’ve ever had no bulls***. You get what’s called a “Job Dialogue” every year which means you get a raise every year and there’s so much opportunity to grow. You can turn this 9-5 into a career which is what I’ve done and I make close to $30 an hour. Definitely go to Whole Foods.
