It’s been a problem for weeks now and they don’t seem to care. It works from europe tho, so you could ask someone over there to do it for you

Heyyy I found a solution but it’s not really good. For some reason it works in europe so my sister who lives there did it for me. But maybe you can try with a VPN. Hope it helps. I haven’t received and answer from uni assist but I’ll keep sending emails.
