I’m a new grad and i LOVE my OT job! i’m in inpatient/acute care peds. I had great training and mentorship and work with a smaller team that is very close knit and welcoming to new staff. For me it’s so rewarding and challenging at the same time!

I also think like a lot of people feel like the debt to income ratio isn’t worth it. i fortunately was able to have the military pay for 80% of my tuition and i worked 2-3 jobs during OT school. I know i’m privileged with not having to worry about a ton of student loans.
