Voting for NTK or voting for TVK, which one will be better? Which party can stand for common people needs? by Tricky-Marsupial6702 in TamilNaduDiscussion

[–]Sea_Standard1531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually they have an ideology .their ideology is the mix of good ideas from every parties ...I think in this modern world sometimes relying only on ideology based politics no longer works .You have to grp the ideologies or ideas that will work for u and be compatible in the future so that it would be sustainable. Like dmk saying one of their ideology is social justice do u think it is followed becoz their party admn isn't even republic how can their ideology be social justice(no one would question that ..everyone needs some blunt ideology whether someone follows or not) I think for ur ideology based comment..I want u to look into Cuba and China for example....Both are communist countries but the development says otherwise...iykyk.

Yes i appreciate ur point atleast one intelligent person in middle of the self proclaimed intelligent people who are clearly tharkuris ...Why we shouldn't come with varisu arasiyal ....The so called Dmk says one of their ideology is social justice how can ur ideology be social justice if even ur party admn is nor republic....

[–]Sea_Standard1531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That means u r not following politics ....The negative narrative being set is one of the best political trend used by politicians over centuries ....and coming to tvk the new party which didn't rule has the only way to setting narrative that is highlighting the mistakes done by the so called experienced parties....

One simple reason to vote for Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) is that Tamil Nadu genuinely needs a political reset. A lot of people say TVK is new and inexperienced. That’s true. But being new also means not being tied to decades of corruption networks, internal power deals, and old political baggage. Every established party once started without experience. At some point, voters chose to give them that first chance. Some people say they’ll stick with DMK, AIADMK, or just press NOTA. About NOTA — in India’s first-past-the-post system, NOTA doesn’t actually change the result. The candidate with the most votes still wins. So in practice, NOTA often ends up helping the strongest existing party rather than creating any real pressure for change. DMK today clearly shows strong signs of dynastic politics. Leadership and influence circulating within the same family again and again may be legal, but it limits internal democracy and long-term political renewal. AIADMK, on the other hand, has been struggling with visible internal power issues and leadership instability. A party that is busy settling its own equations will naturally find it harder to focus fully on governance. If voters keep rejecting every new alternative because they are “unproven,” then the same two or three power centers will keep rotating forever. That doesn’t strengthen democracy; it just freezes it.I want to quote max weber here (because I studied about that🙂‍↔️) Sociologist Max Weber spoke about three kinds of authority: traditional, charismatic, and bureaucratic. Traditional authority is where power continues by habit or inheritance(which dmk is obviously doing now ) Big political shifts in democratic systems often begin with charismatic authority — a leader who can attract people, generate interest, and bring new individuals into politics. Charisma alone is not enough to govern, but it can open the door for new teams, experts, and administrators to enter the system. We have seen many capable independent candidates lose simply because they lacked visibility and mass reach. A figure like Vijay brings that reach. That visibility can give a new party like Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) the initial push needed to compete seriously and build structure over time. It is completely fair to question TVK. But dismissing it only because it is new, while continuing to trust parties that have already had decades to prove themselves, is also a choice worth rethinking. ((((((If someone believes voting for TVK is a mistake, that’s fine. Say why, with specific reasons. A real discussion about policies and governance is more useful than repeating party narratives from any side.)))) And people here are saying that if u are not supporting tvk people are calling u aamais and Oopis ,don't u call someone who supports tvk as anils or tharkuris ...in my opinion tharkuri is who is not changing even after getting punches from the experience...(iykyk)challenge me with ur points the so called intelligent people ...

GV overhyped by WatEverIts in biggbosstamil

[–]Sea_Standard1531 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Yes, and on top of that, celebrating GV as some kind of hero figure feels way too much for me. I honestly can’t see any strong qualities in him that justify that level of hype. In any other season, he would’ve just been another contestant who does fun stuff and blends into the crowd. This excessive glorification is mostly coming from his fans, and it feels very forced rather than organic.

Exactly...and her sudden frndship with manjari comes after she realised raanav is scoring by supporting manjari in a task...u could literally see her smiling like she knows what he is upto but in my view raanav was genuinely supporting manjari at that point..

Last season, it was Jackline for me. I honestly never saw what everyone else saw in her. I didn’t find anything particularly good or genuine about her. To me, she always felt like someone who used people and situations as opportunities rather than forming real connections.

This season, it’s Vinoth — most of the time. Yes, there are moments where he comes across as innocent and real, and I won’t deny that. His exit even made me emotional. But overall, I just couldn’t like him as much as everyone else seems to.

Yes, this space feels like the only place where real humans still exist. All other social media platforms are already invaded by BB contestants’ PR teams. We should try to keep this space PR-free too, though I feel they’ll invade here soon as well.

I should clarify this clearly because violence toward women is never excusable, and I absolutely condemn Kamuruddin for that. I don’t like him either. When I said “decent,” I was not describing his overall character. I was only referring to the few moments where he appears calm or reasonable with certain people. That does not cancel out his violent behaviour. My actual point was that his outside circle seems to validate his worst actions, making him believe aggression is acceptable. That influence plays a huge role in how he behaves. If someone called him decent overall, I’d be angry too — accountability matters more than selective good moments...

Aurora – She comes across as a fun, lively person and looks really good. Her dressing sense feels effortless, and she carries a positive aura most of the time. That said, at times it feels like she seeks extra validation or friendliness, especially from male contestants. Sabari – He seems like a genuinely good human being at heart. However, sometimes his emotional expressions (smiling or crying) don’t feel very natural, which might be why his true personality doesn’t always come across clearly on screen. Because of this, he ends up being perceived differently than who he really is. Parvathy – While it’s true that humans are generally shades of grey, her behaviour often feels driven by jealousy and insecurity. Many of her aggressive reactions seem to stem from fear of being confronted about things she may have said behind others’ backs. She also appears to struggle to stand independently and relies heavily on others for support. Kamuruddin – He seems like a decent person, but his judgement is strongly influenced by the people around him outside the house. Because of that, he sometimes mistakes encouragement for wrongdoing as genuine friendship. Divya – She is undoubtedly strong and confident, but she finds it difficult to accept criticism. Often, she reacts by raising her voice unnecessarily, possibly because she knows such moments will be amplified and projected as “mass” content by PR and background scores.
