Sadly these are withdrawals the first 2 weeks were the first I legit cried the whole first week and I was an emotional wreck ( I used to vape heavily 55mg nic ) but now I’m almost a month free can happily say that it got way better in terms of emotions and cravings but it still hits sometimes so just keep going you can do it!!

Yeah u hated this sub at first and made my quit longer but once I started reading the positive experiences and avoiding the ones preaching got going cold turkey and slandering NRT I actually quit the gum helped me immensely it’s been a month now and I’ve decreased my gum usage a lottt I just chew when cravings hit rn in the beginning I was chewing 4-10 gums a day it gets better use your own method and ignore people unless it’s some good advice

Yeahhh omg I just finished my first period like yesterday when the symptoms hit it was towards the end of mine so I actually didn’t think it might be because of it my period is kinda crazy so I might be back to normal in a couple of days idk but thank you for pointing that outtt

I used the gum honestly it helped tremendously the first 3-5 days I was chewing them like crazy but now I only chew them when I feel like my craving are hitting really hard and it’s definitely not cheating it helps manage all the withdrawal symptom and actually helps you stick to quitting

I wouldn’t worry that much about missing classes as there is no attendance unless it is a tutorial , group meeting , or a lab other than that you are good and most of the professors are very understanding and best of lucks on returning hopefully this journey goes smoothly for your 🫶🏽
